Checked in for 2 nights (Oct.14-15) and all staffs were nice and friendly..❤️ Maasikasuhon kaayo sila sa ilang customers unya dili mga isug hehe... Mo response dayon ug naa tay mga concerns like hinay ang aircon.. ila jud kang tarungon ug entertain.. gibalhin mig lain nga room nga kusog na ang aircon ug mas bigger room sad.. super kusog kaayo ilang internetug labaw sa tanan barato ra kaayo ilang per night.. Keep it up guys... ⭐⭐⭐⭐

* in booking apps if you ask something, they will reply immediately, that's why we always book there. *Good Staff & location they have an elevator a side of that they also they have a mini market downstairs and outside you can also choose a lot of foods😊 *Their room is clean with aircon and flat screenTV they also have a strong wifi, in the window the view is beautiful there you can feel relaxing and safety☺

Nice hotel, friendly staff, placed in a nice room with a wonderful view from the window, convenient location in the city center and not very noisy, at least no one bothered me at night, the TV is working, the Internet is good, the air conditioner is working, clean and cozy

Honestly it was okay place. Location is okay as long as you dont mind walking a little. Taxis had hard time finding as signage is not easy to see till you pass the place. I ended up walking back to hotel cause taxi dropped my off at corner because we passed it.

As I have indicated the staff were excellent,especially Francesca and the security/maintenance guy who both were willing to go the extra mile when dealing with my complaints about inoperative facilities etc to ensure my stay was comfortable.
